    After the Rigas' Adelphia fiasco, the transition to TW has been the next biggest thing and I can honestly say that TW has done it well.

    I honestly can't even remember the last outage I had. (a year ago maybe?)

    And being able to get help at the local office whenever I've needed it is HUGE compared to the woes of Verizon's DSL that I've had to suffer at work.

    All in all I'd give TW a solid "A" grade.
