    I had Time Warner cable installed 3 months ago. The service has been nothing but a good experience. Time Warner employees are very helpful and prompt, if they say they are going to do something, it gets done.

    Currently I have the 10/1 service for $29.99 a month. They provided a Motorola SB5101 at not cost. The order and install process went smoothly and took about a week from order to receiving the actual service.
