After 3-4 months of calling in to get it fixed, they finally got my connection stable and speeds up to where it should be. Mind you that's even on the outside (it was due to an old connector that they overlooked thinking it wouldn't matter!) But overall, I've had one bad experience with the company, past that, they have definately made up for it. TWC isn't all bad, but not the greatest either, they just want to lay their upgrades and hope everything goes well. They need to hire better, and knowledgeable sales associates, but their tech department seems to know what they are doing when they can figure out what's going on.
06/04 is my scheduled upgrade date to 50/5 package with cable added on. I may have cut the cord almost 2 years ago, but this deal was too good to pass up. I might end up keeping the cable if they offer me something like this down the road. It depends.
