Time Warner when they took over my area several years ago succeed in turning a good working service into a steaming pile of garbage that could not even deliver on a 5 Mb connection. Fast forward 4 years later, same story. I cannot obtain 35% speed of the 30 Mb package, but yet they tell me my connection is fine. Run fast, run far and don't look back if you can get another provider.

 | | time warner and comcast I had comcast in Philly, and no probs ever (for 2 yrs). Just moved to Portland, ME, and TW costs more, has MUCH worse service... at times I wait up to a minute for up or down load. I hate TW. I hated it when I lived in Florida 3 years ago (used a small, local provider). | |
