Their techs had to come one time ad they were here same day. They fixed the problem outside right away. Great telephone support. I'm getting linespeeds of 34+ Mbps and I'm only supposed to be getting 28-30 Mbps. No interruptions & equipment is user friendly. I chose to use my wireless router so i didn't have to pay extra for the to turn on the wireless feature, but I can live with that happily!. Thanks Time-Warner!!
