I've called several times... a couple someone answered. I live a block from their antennas ..and can see them. Anyway ..they dont seem interested in new business.

Pricing

If I had a choice in providers I wouldn't bother paying $200 for install if they cant even answer phones to start off with.

I have problems too....

I agree, im really not satisfied, taking over 3 days to respond to an email? seriously, call, no answer, packet loss issues like crazy, cant play a game without lagging out of it? i mean come on.. as soon as 4-6 o'clock strikes it just goes out of control, and for a while too.

They're horrible...

I had them out here in Pacific...it's a known fact that they overload their network to the point of absolute congestion, could care less about packet loss or downtime. The saving grace was when Charter finally wired our area these idiots came in two months prior and bought up another flaky wireless provider only to pretty much lose all of their customers to Charter. They're not worth the time or trouble and if you're stuck with them you can buy your own radio online for 49.99 instead of the 200.00 they hit you with.
