Telocity does not exist. They never answered a single inquiry after
telling me "Bellsouth will come to your home to run a new line." In
fact, they never answered any email from me, and their automated
voicemail system gave me a busy signal. I emailed them that if they
could not respond to my inquiry within 24 hours to cancel the account.
Over one month later, I can only assume they have canceled the
account--of course I have heard nothing one way or the other.
