My DSL use to scream on a regular basis. You testing center shows my setup as healthy. Appears SWB/Prodigy a jacking with the bandwidth speeds!!!!!!

After 15 months my DSL has gone into the intermmintent connect mode. After 2 days of on and off I am told again told that the R-Back-1 port 3, whatever this is, is bad and being worked on.
Sad to say that no fix date can be given or would be given. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold so long that I was able to call their line test division and got an answer from them. Theynever came back to the phone and i hung up.
Only light at the end of the tunnel is the fiber being installed in the neighborhood for RoadRunner.

Well DSL speed is what I am suppose to get but having been a Legacy Client I switched aS THEY REQUESTED TO THE YAHOO SETUP.
Mail issues out the Wazoo!
Just got off the phone with teir 2 support. In a nut shell, we dont support outlook you need to call microsoft. You can use our webmail because that is what we recommend.
Life stinks in Barker with email right now and the Yahoo servers!
