    Order delayed because of confusion on request to install a Filter/Spliter at Service box. Everything else was self install.

    Support only knows how to trouble shoot problems that come up if you are using their software. If you are using a Hardware Firewall/Router that does the PPoE login then you are on your own.

    Support will not work with you if you have a Hardware Firewall or if the Router is setup as a Bridge so that the Hardware Firewall does the PPoE login. Support will blame your Firewall/Router even when it is clear the problem is with AT&T and other customers are experiencing the same problem.
