    yea same here

    paying $35 month no contract on naked dsl
    told 3.0Mb/s download and 512kb upload

    getting 1.5Mb/s download and 512kb upload

    I even connect to ATT news servers which should max out my speed staying on the ATT network but only goes to 1.5 no matter what i do.

    An interesting point is when i first had the dsl turned on I tested the connection here on dslreports and hit the 3.0Mb/s speed everytime for the first week. I have not hit above 1.5Mb/s since.

    With a registered account, you can post your dsl info and one of the official ATT techs will review your line and if necessary, correct/diagnose anything that is off specs.
