Tech support was and still is GREAT. Had a problem with connecting due to bad DSL modem and then router. AT&T replaced wiring from house to station, new drop line and wiring at house, separate port for DSL ( no filters ) problem still existed, then AT&T replaced my router and DSL modem with a Wire DSL modem wireless/hardwired modem router , TECH was at my house for 10 days, Mon. thru Fri. Until problem was fixed upgraded at no cost......Had wireless ISP prior. GLAD iI switched. GO BIG BLUE
