Frequent dropped connections make this service a real headache and the price is no bargain. If you can get cable Internet service at your location, do so. If I had an option, I wouldn't be on an AT&T circuit.

[Edit]: It got to the point where the line dropped at least 4 times a day, and despite paying for a 6MB connection the delivered bandwidth never made it past 3MB. The drops wreaked havoc on my Vonage VOIP adapter as the router settings had to be reset when the IP changed. Finally gave up and switched to SureWest cable (aka Everest) who advertises 8/1 service and actually delivers about 5/1 with a rock solid connection.
