It took 10 days to activate stating on the website 7 -10 days. Tech support only available from 9AM to 5PM but the service as been rock solid so far. You have to configure the voip adapter your self if u but they have configuration screenshots that you just copy and you should be up and running. The tech support on the forum is great . For the 50 dollars i paid for it is unbeatable.
