I have a friend who cant get nothing they live in condo in Brooklyn only thing they cant get is verizon dsl up to 1.5 mbps so I suggested Clear the higher plan for 50$ the speeds go from 4 to sometimes 12 mbps they stream online TV just like netflix last month they used 40+ gigs and no throttling or nothing.
