Its the switch that I've been waiting for years.
I used to be a Rogers client until the throttle came about. DSL hasn't been very kind to me, usually resulting in higher pings and lower speeds overall. As occupancy of the DSLAM increased in my area, I seen those numbers drop over the last few months.

The ability to use Teksavvy as a cable provider has been a good experience thus far. I really notice a difference in downloads with Speedboost and the DOCSIS 3.0 modem.

The difference between a 4mbit DSL connection with overhead and a 15mbit cable connection without that overhead, is outstanding.

Unfortunately, we still are affected by the "middleman" effect of a good communicative company like Teksavvy, and the less than perfect communication skills of Roger's. It took too long (2 weeks) and too much fighting/escalating to ensure that I got an appointment for the install.
