I switched from TekSavvy's DSL offering to 15/1 Cable and have been running it for three months (at the time of this writing). The original installation was delayed because a fire at the post office held up the modem TekSavvy sent. Obviously, this isn't their fault and the Rogers technician rescheduled for the next day (and both times arrived on time - quite a difference from the Bell Techs I've dealt with). Since installation, I had one minor hiccup because I didn't understand how Cable modems receive their IP addresses, but a quick message to the TekDirect board (here at DSL Reports) had that resolved in about fifiteen minutes. Other than that it's been gloriously uneventful.
No congestion or slowdowns (although I don't get to take advantage of the speedboost feature because I'm using QOS for voip). Consistent, reliable speeds at any time of day.
Equipment: Motorola 6120 modem, an old WRT54GL running Tomato, and gigabit ethernet where possible.
