Completely re-writing my review as this evenings events completely change everything.
I ordered my cable internet almost two weeks ago. On Tuesday the tech showed up to activate my cable. Today (Friday) after 3 days of no internet and calls back and forth to Teksavvy support I finally find out that my order was processed in error and that there is not actually service in my area. Complete freaking waste of time.
