Completely re-writing my review as this evenings events completely change everything.

I ordered my cable internet almost two weeks ago. On Tuesday the tech showed up to activate my cable. Today (Friday) after 3 days of no internet and calls back and forth to Teksavvy support I finally find out that my order was processed in error and that there is not actually service in my area. Complete freaking waste of time.

I'm not happy that my service is still not working, but I gotta admit that the support team is definitely earning Teksavvy some major brownie points with me right now.
