Service started off good, consistent speeds, timely waits for tech support, all the things that TS had been complimented for in the online forums. Things have degraded rapidly. Speeds slow to a crawl every evening making something as simple as watching a Youtube clip pointless. Support has had little to offer as to what the problem is even when they have acknowledged a problem. At first they tried to say it was an isolated situation when in fact so many have posted in forums here and in the Direct Forum that the problem is widespread. Anyone considering this ISP at the current time should carefully consider that TekSavvy has grown too fast to meet the expectations of it's existing customer base.
I've used Teksavvy now for awhile, after the initial concerns I'll say that things are working well....getting tech support on the phone can be a nightmare but I've used the direct forum here and it's super fast and very HELPFULL

I am glad that your service has improved, and that you are receiving the speeds you require. I do apologize for the long wait times, but hopefully soon this will be resolved with the hire of new techs!
