·Rogers Hi-Speed
For the same speed as Rogers, TSI costs about 30% less, with triple the bandwidth cap and no throttle. All in all, its value is tough to beat.

However, the company's relationship with Rogers is terrible. Rogers ignores requests, lies, delays, and obfuscates, just like with their customers. The result is that when something goes wrong, TSI is often totally unable to fix it, and relies on Rogers who may take months to address even severe issues, since they don't care.

As a result, TSI's cable speeds are not consistent. Nightly congestion is currently a problem across their network. You can tell TSI is working hard to fix the issues, but until Rogers is forced to act in good faith, TSI will always have to deal with these sort of problems.

UPDATE: TSI addressed the systemic network issues created by Rogers. The connection has been rock-solid and operating at top speed ever since.

Just want to start off by saying thank you for your support.

Over the years our interactions with Rogers has gotten a lot better. We are seeing increases on response times, and escalating the ones we have no responses on. We have implemented a lot of changes to better our relationship with Rogers. However it's just like any other relationship. It has it's highs and lows. Teksavvy's focus has always been to put the customer first and enhancing our relationship with our customers.
