Update: I switched to cable last summer and everything has been working perfectly.
I have been with Teksavvy for just about 8 years now. I have to say that they are hands down the best ISP I have ever had. I have had a solid constant connection ever since I signed up. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with them. The staff from Teksavvy regularly come on BBR to respond to questions which I like. I do not use the e-mail, usenet or web space they provide so I can't comment on them. They try to be proactive with the network maintenance and upgrades! Keep up the good work Teksavvy!

It would depend on what is available in your area. Cable is generally faster. If you call us at 1-877-779-1575 we can have a look at what is available where you are.
