Very disappointed with Teksavvy customer service.
Wait times of around one hour followed by 25 minutes troubleshooting
that is messing with PC settings.
They are not able to fix problems that are at their end. They blame
for this inability and I guess that they are correct about this.
Speed is average, always below what is advertised.
If possible can you PM me your account info or create a post in the direct forum so we can try and help you resolve your connection problems?
