Teksavvy cable is what i order. Hearing all the good reviews i moved from sk to on decided to start my internet with them. If all goes well i was about to set it up for my relative when her contract ends. I called at Aug 14th, set up the install dates to be 23,24,26. By 21st nobody send me any email, i called three times, oh, btw, the company has no customer support option on the phoneline.I either talk to tech support or sales have them transfer me everytime. They then told me Rogers tech are too busy to install for their client before school start. I have to reschedule with them on 26th ,pick three time frame, then received an email giving me a time frame falling completely out of my own selection. I called back, and they said if i want another setup time, i have to wait for another 5 days. So, i miss my school orientation only to wait for a rude rogers tech coming without notice, call me when hes already at the door. Not even a month my internet drop before a weekend. I called tech support, waited ONE HOUR without people pickin up the phone, eventually i have to hang up because i have never been on a line for so long and i have other things to do. I called back next morning at 6,got somebody. He after half an hour on the phone, that the modem cant configurate the ip. HE WILL CONTACT ROGERS, and it might take a day or two to fix it. It is now 40 hours after that phonecall, i am going to call back tomorrow morning again and see how things going. Because i still dont have internet, and has been using my cellphone to write this review, also have a heavy course load that needs internet over the weekend. I know teksavvy uses Rogers rep and cable, and thats why its cheap, good business idea.but man they have to stop using their abusive relationship with rogers as an excuse. with all respect, i dont want to hear another "oh we use rogers, so we have to report to.... in my next conversation with them. I AM signing up the service with Teksavvy, not rogers, right? Please pull yourself together, i absolutely cannot recommend teksavvy to my relative with their current status. member for 10.5 years, 3 visits, last login: 10.4 years ago lodged 10.5 years ago
