Just avoid this joke of a company. Made an appointment for today 8AM~12PM for install. Guess what, no show with no prior notice. Alright, whatever, so I called support and asked what's going on at 12, and I got the same generic response of we'll investigate and call back. And guess when we got the call? Never.

What am I supposed to do? Just keep taking days off of work and hoping they would one day show up or call back? What a joke.

TL;DR - unprofessional company, paid everything, got no service, don't waste your valuable time like I did. FYI ***There are similar reviews like this, this is NOT an isolated case***

I phoned again and had to rearrange a set up next monday. I was informed that there is no slot tomorrow and, Friday is a stat holiday. so yah, if we count Monday, that's 6 days of downtime. And even then, I DO NOT HAVE A GUARANTEE THAT THE TECH IS GONNA COME ON MONDAY. This is pathetic.

Hello Zomgrofl,

We do not unfortunately have access to next day appointments. I do apologise for that! We do use another companies technicians and we do need time to be able to confirm appointments with them. All of our appointments are tentative until confirmed with our vendors. With the holiday this weekend it will push out reschedules as the technicians do have time off for the holiday. I can assure you that you will not be charged for this time when you are not using your service.

I would still like to review your account to see what has happened. Are you able to provide your account details in the Direct Forum please?

yeah.. too bad your specialized team means nothing but 8 days of no connection. Yes, the earliest time I can *potentially* get anything is Wednesday. And even then, nothing guarantees that the tech will actually show up for real this time.

This is a joke, right?
