Just avoid this joke of a company. Made an appointment for today 8AM~12PM for install. Guess what, no show with no prior notice. Alright, whatever, so I called support and asked what's going on at 12, and I got the same generic response of we'll investigate and call back. And guess when we got the call? Never. What am I supposed to do? Just keep taking days off of work and hoping they would one day show up or call back? What a joke. TL;DR - unprofessional company, paid everything, got no service, don't waste your valuable time like I did.
