I had not even completed the process to transfer my phone number when
their lines went dead. I could not get a live person so the next day I
cancelled activating my number transfer. Neither Jackie nor Blanca
would refund my fee of $57.89 because my account was "activated". When
I informed them that I had not even returned ITP's required forms they
said too bad. BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
ITP Response The reason you were unable to make calls was due to your firewall in your router. It required a small change in your settings. Our technicians were willing to help you, but you refused their help.
A customer that signs up for phone service will get billed for the phone service. It has nothing to do with transferring a number (otherwise known as Porting). Once a customer sign's up for service, they are responsible for charges associated with their account. Additionally, the customer has the option to transfer their number to ITP. There are no additional charges when porting USA numbers.
Regarding the Terms of Service, if you choose to, you can cancel your account by calling our Customer Service. There are no contracts.
