Update 11/17/2011

This service is no longer sold is will be terminated on 12/30/2011. Centurylink wants me to move over to traditional wire line phone service; not going to happen. That would cost be an extra $30/month. I attached the letter that they sent me (PDF).

Original review:

I had qwest's home phone service for awhile and wanted to drop my monthly bill. So I bought qwest's residential voip service. When I ordered they said it could take up to 48 hours to get the number ported. After 3 days I called and they said the company that I was porting from was not answering the request. I cried foul because I was porting form Qwest to Qwest, didn't see the difference. 14 days in, they don't know what the problem is, I tried cancelling the order, but was unable to. 27 days later, success, it finally works. I have never had a down day yet, except if you count qwest's internet reliability then I would say I never get a full day. Would recommend this voip service because of the price, support, and reliability.
