I picked up a Dell Grab and Go kit when it was on sale to give Fibe 25 a try.
I ordered it on December 19, 2011 and was given an install date of December 21, 2011 although no technician showed due to my order not being put into the system correctly, called in on the same day got a new date of December 22, 2011.
On the install day my window from 8-12, tech called my at 10:06 AM saying that he was working on the line and he get's to my place around 11:45 AM due to my order not being placed correctly as the CSR didn't listen when I told him I needed a dry loop as I have Rogers phone over coax.
Bottom line, the service is installed and working properly and I'm getting my full 25/7 speed.
