I had a rough first month where the number porting process was lengthy, and price was similar to the big 3 except you got way more for that same price.
Fast forward a year and a half, and their processes have improved significantly and I get the same offer I signed with at half the price.
It took a while for them to become a worthy competitor but now I'd say they're probably one of the better cellular providers, by Canadian standards anyways.
