April 29, 2013, bought another domain (which is permanent) and a $7.50 a month hosting plan for it. As said before, keeping my domain/hosting needs under one company.

April 09, 2013, well, what can I say, back to hosting with Canvas Dreams, but just with the $7.50 month plan, also bought a new domain through Canvas Dreams, as mentioned on Oct. 04, 2012 keeping my domain/hosting needs under one company. Need to mention, there was downtime at times, prior to this update, the downtime was usually maintenance or trouble clients (for lack of words).

January 25, 2013, opted to save the $15 a month and remove hosting, same end note as the July 27, 2012 update.

October 04, 2012 - started over with a new domain, purchased the $15/month hosting plan, keeping my domain/hosting needs under one company (Canvas Dreams).

July 27, 2012 - removed hosting to save money, canvas dreams is still top notch.

January 31, 2012 - upped my plan to middle one with another domain, changed "value for money" to highest one. Just quite pleased with Canvas Dreams.

August 9th, 2011 - someone on the server brought it down, wasn't me, server load reached as high as 100. No idea how long it was down, not a big deal for a personal site.

----- Original review -----

Used Canvas Dreams for quite sometime, most reliable host that I ever used. Never noticed any downtime in the time using them. Value for money not sure at this time if 3 GB space and 60 GB monthly bandwidth for their lowest shared plan of $7.50 a month is. Everything else is set at highest options, ticket responses are generally answered in a timely matter, they even have phone support (which I prefer). Canvas Dreams been around since the late 90's, and I plan on being a customer for awhile. Canvas Dreams is also based in Portland Oregon, they are local and I'm keeping it local.
