No limit on data. Would be a great option for those who live in rural areas with limited Internet options if it were reliable.
HORRIBLE connection reliability and can never get ahold of anyone from the company.
Could be a great idea if only they could get it together.

We live in a rural area an have limited options for Internet service. In the past we used a Verizon air card but found ourselves going over in data almost every month. We found this Internet provider and had very high hopes that our search for Internet service was over. I wish that we're true. After we had it installed we had pretty good luck for a couple months but then it started going downhill. For the past 7-8 months now its been completely down almost as much as it has been working. When you try to call the company to get it fixed you will never get someone to answer. If you are lucky they may call you a week later after constant emails and calls. When they set up a time to come fix it just expect them to show up days - weeks later than that time. You would think that having over a month straight with absolutely no service it would warrant a months refund but nope, not even a discount. I'm not really sure if my issues are typical because I don't know anyone else with this provider but this is unacceptable. The only reason I have stayed this long is because I really want this company to just make the needed changes to make this internet service work so I don't have to start the Internet service provider search again.
