It's so unuseable because of resychs, latency timeouts, it's all sporadic not weather based. I don't know if it was a bad set up, or we're in a bad area to recieve signal. Some say it's that too many people are using the service (FCC violation). Dial up is better I swear by this, there is also always 3g for those who have the cash.
