Overall New Source Broadband is a great ISP. The provide service over a Motorola Canopy wireless platform, and their uptime in my area is about 97%. Not good enough to use it for business purposes, but adequate for personal use. Their people really try hard to have a reliable product, but rural wireless ISP's are difficult to maintain! And they probably don't have a great return on their investments, as the population in the area that is served by their tower is under 10,000!
But we country-dwellers don't have a lot of options when it comes to Internet. It's either satellite (been there, done that, took a shotgun to the dish!) or wireless. For the money NSB is a good choice.
