Even though I requested an install date a month in advance, they got it wrong. I was able to confirm with the Bell tech that Worldline had been given an afternoon appointment even after I requested a morning. Worse, they only told me afterwards. So installation was delayed a week and I had no service for 5 days.

Billing is strange and answers have been very slow in coming, if at all. They did try to get me to set up automatic billing on my credit card but, fortunately, I declined that option.

Service quality and reliability is spotty and tech support will blame anybody and everybody: it must be your computer, it must be Bell, it must be ... etc. etc. From my own diagnosis, the problems appear to be within their network, i.e. not the Bell DSL infrastructure or the hosts. Their mandatory modem Thomson TG784 has dropped wireless functionality a few times while wired devices continue to work.

If you want to save money and use Internet Access for non-time critical activities, they are fine. Otherwise, pay more and get better elsewhere.
