I ordered them in March it was installed in may due to a back order on the Back-haul required for the install. I had no problems with that especially after using their service for a couple days and seeing just how much better they were than the previous internet provider I had Jab-wireless aka T6broadband worst internet company in the country. I don't' get treated like a moron when I call in for support as I purchased this connection to service my Hotspot as well as my own business on the same link.

I can stream videos in superHD on netflix HDX on Vudu full HD on Hulu Full HD on HBO GO and do it on multiple computers at the same time. Their service charge for doing non service related setups such as configuring a router that was one I purchased instead of doing it myself was only 40.00 for an hour and that is very reasonable in my book he even took time to do it after hours when he could have told me to wait till the following business day as my internet wasn't down I had just give up doing it myself as unfortunately in my Net+ class we did not cover configuring routers like the one I got as the professor said with the newer routers having a web based GUI telnet CLI was completely out dated.

Even with 20 people on at the same time I still can pull my full speed both down and up. And all 20 people are allowed 1mb/1mb on my hotspot which is more than enough to stream a movie in SD and do Facebook at the same time provided they don't have a virus. It is servicing a campground that is all they need considering they leave home to go camping and yet still need internet, and it has 20 people on it on a regular basis and on holiday weekends it can get up to 35+ on it and still the speeds scream right along.

Their network is not over congested unlike T6/Jab-wireless. I get more than I pay for in speed considering if I were to go with a Dedicated connection that was wired with the package I get with them I would be paying well over 1200 per month. They bill out once a month and allow you to either setup auto pay or go in and make the payments on your own. The invoices are sent out on the 15th of the month and are due on the first of the following month. And they are flexible with you on it as I have come to find out as not all of us get our checks same time of the month every month.

I would highly recommend if you are having trouble with your current internet provider to contact them or you can even contact me and I will put you in contact with their sales department. I have done all my dealings with the President of the company there and he is a very well down to earth person to work with on business transactions. On the few rare occasions that I have had a problem I called them and it was resolved ASAP not when the next technician can come out which with Jab could be up to a week even for repeater sites, and then when their tech comes out they don't say oh its your equipment its your problem not ours Like Jab-Wireless does as I had them tell me several times that hey its not our network and its your equipment but sure funny that TheWisp doesn't even mutter garbage like that period they have you run a few tests reboot equipment and few other things they also can remote into your computer with go to assistance or some program like that i have had it done a couple times. They also let you know in advance that there is network maintenance and approximately how long it will be.

So over all I 500% recommend this company to others as if you signup through them you won't regret it I promise you that you definitely won't regret it. Stop looking now and pick up the phone email them or visit their website at www.thewisp.net and get a reliable internet connection now as they are a no nonsense 100% reliable company that dosen't blame the problems on you all the time as Jab does.
