I had to revise my review again (third time). Vmedia service really, really sucks and become worse and worse. Last months my speed is below 15 Mbps down, very very often even below poorly 5Mbps down. And I am paying for 50 Mbps, unlimited. What a joke. I called them, work with technical department, sent tons of e-mails, nothing. Very ignorant people with no respect for your hard earned money that you spend on their service. I am tired of those people and will give them another two days. After that definitely I am moving to another provider. My advise: AVOID Vmedia. Rather spend few bucks more and go with decent provider.

Troubleshooting...Post a trace route to google.ca so we can see where the speed issue is occurring
