When I first had vmexia installed everything was great for the first few months. After a while I decided to get their TV service.. This was my first mistake. TV lags constantly, audio sync issues, they put out a manditory update to the VBox at one point which made it completely unwatchable for 2 weeks. I called to cancel and they offered 3 months HBO free which I ended up being charged for.

They also have increased the price of grandfathered internet plans by $10 and let everyone know 4 days before they took our money. I have canceled the TV and am currently shopping around for internet. The internet service was good for a few months but recently I'm only getting 10mbps down when I pay for 25mbps.
