This is frustrating trying to get to Vmedia Support. Today is June 16, 2014 and I started my call at 7:30pm, didn't get anyone until 7:55pm. They talk to me long enough to get my phone number, put me on hold without further acknowledgement and drop my call. Now I'm stuck calling back for my problem. This service just gets worse and worse. IPTV is totally horrid...funny thing is that YouTube app on the box plays everything in HD if available, but the regular TV service cuts off and on. Not to mention that the TV portion of the Vmedia app is very buggy. Turning it on, and getting to a regular TV channel is challenge sometimes. Select the channel and it loads, and 2 seconds later it cuts off and the box auto reboots. Tonight, the box won't even boot up and I'm wasting my time redialing back for tech support because the representative that put me on hold isn't bright enough to call me back at the phone number I gave them to lookup my account with after hanging up on me. So I can say I've been on hold for more than 40 minutes...thought I'd kill sometime writing this review to show everyone just how displeased I am. member for 9.7 years, driveby review (so far) lodged 9.7 years ago
