My company has a T1 line from XO. We have shared data/telephone service over the line.

On July 12 we started to experience intermittent problems.

On July 20 our system went out. It is now July 29, and it is still out of commission. We have had no internet or land-line telephone communications for over a week. Only our cellular telephones are working.

I am writing this review from my home.

My company is almost out of business because of the 9 days (and still counting) inability to get the T1 up and running. We can not use our UPS shipping computer because we can not upload our end-of-day shipping information. We must manually write out UPS shipping book info. We can not receive faxes. We have to charge our customers from the home of one of our employees because we have no telephone service.

XO blames Verizon, which is responsible for the line. However, XO seems to have absolutely no influence with or means to get Verzion to repair the line. Perhaps the problem lies with Verizon, but it is XO that is failing to deliver the promised service or provide any alternative.
