I am updating this review because I am leaving for a better provider (Teksavvy). Service went downhill in the span of a year. Thanks Bell! Not only do you now outsource to India, the prices have increased and I still can't get more than 2.5 mbps after overhead. Why should I continue to pay almost $50 for next to nothing support?

Anti-virus and firewall you say? Got that covered and I don't have to pay $5 a month for that!

Reliability? I can sure get that elsewhere as well.

    Support?.. What support??

Thanks for giving me a reason to switch and save a bit of money for a better provider where I can at least call any time of the day and get real support.

...it looks like you had adequate pre-sales information at least.

Good point but that was years ago when they were a decent provider.

Considering what was said, I ask you the following:

Did anyone contact you or inform you of new B/W policy changes (bit caps)? Anyone contact you to tell you that your unlimited is no longer unlimited? Anyone contact you to tell you that unlimited has an invisible magic limit?

If not, then you had very bad pre-sales info. These are thing that HAVE to be communicated to a paying customer. They can't just change stuff like that w/o notification or regard to you.

In all honesty, what do you now think of the pre-sales info you received the past couple of months as you paid them your hard earned money?

    Still worth 60?
