No longer use Sympatico, why would I when I get 5meg service for 37.95/month and no contract with another providor. In addition bell canada (parent company of sympatico) has unilaterally decided to slow down users connections purposely during specific times using traffic shaping. They advertise always fast? yeah right, you better think twice before signing up with these lying sacks of shit. They've also decided to traffic shape 3rd party dsl wholesalers now too without even advising them that they were going to. If this is allowed to stand the net is in for a bumpy ride as these monoploistic companies are going to slow you down to where your transfers are painfully slow. All I can say is talk to Bell with your wallet. Cancel all your Bell services if possible (expressvu, phone, cell service) Hit them where it counts. Spread the word people.
