    I call tech support only if I have to. I prefer to troubleshoot my own problem and then call them if I absolutely have to. The first line techs don't seem to do much but read from a script and heaven help you if your problem is outside the script. I have emailed questions to their tech support and assistance at Sympatico and they don't seem to respond to the question giving me an answer totally unrelated.Not much has changed in this respect...
