Initially had an issue where I was placed on a very low speed profile due to distance. I live in very populated area and rather than deny access outright, they placed me on a slower speed profile. After much talk with the network admins, it was decided that the best thing to do was see if they could MOVE my line to a differnt location, and since there was currently ONE location left at a distant remote CO I was moved there. The discovery and the distance total resolution time was less than 72 hours. I was amazed, expecially considering I've been going through a 6 month struggle with a rival technology hearing "your connection is fine".
Random disconnects are a thing of the past, I can walk away from my comptuer downloading information from work and not worry about the connection dropping. Speeds are constant and pings are great. Overall one of the best service transfers I've seen.

Just moved... it was not fun.... Bell Royally screwed up and took 2 times out for the phone line itself to be fixed... voice service...
However I just installed the Sympatico modem and it's working like a dream. Very possitive tech agent when I called just to get my Lantern speeds... I know that can be hit and miss, but my couple have been very good.
Over all it's acting faster than my rogers (also in to see which is faster in the new location) connection, even though the rogers is a "faster speed".

Just moved to a new house and the move went great. The Sympatico Direct people on this site handled it all and it went very smooth.
Dealing with first line tech support is like pulling teeth, especially since I know the polices and procedures from previous employment with Bell. If you want a basic internet service etc, Bell will work. I'm seriously considering going to someone else though.
