First got service when they had the 1mbit plan. Speeds were good and reliable, had a Speedtouch USB modem until it just died on me and my connection became unstable. From then to now, I've stayed with them, getting a good moneys worth I guess for 30$ a month.
If you have a good line, and are within the reach of a CO or RDSLAM try it out. DSL is very area dependent, performance may vary. Some problems with the Level 1 tech reps. The problem will likely not be solved unless escalated to their second level (tier 2) tech support.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> My service went down last night (Friday 27th) along with a lot of people. So my downtime in total is now 9hours »Sympatico was down?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I am no longer with Bell Sympatico. I have switched because of ongoing problems that haven't been fixed. They have not upgraded the area, the speeds are crap at 1meg/384kbps, and the 3 times I've had people come to my home, they've done unsatisfactory work.
