    One of the most expensive vendors (the most expensive for DSL?)

    Incompetent tech support; flawed IVR & voice rec to navigate to get a rep.

    edit: 20071004: Add onto that that the VP/escalation dept doesn't even return emails or phone calls, and, well, Bell still sucks. (22 minutes on hold to before even being able to talk to a billing agent!) Is your time valuable to you? Avoid Bell!
