    We moved to Bell Sympatico from Rogers due to their rather substandard service (both the actual Internet service and their customer service). The service itself is fine (except for their e-mail which is has a hard time staying up since it's on the Microsoft Hotmail platform) and they don't throttle anything (but they do block ports which is a pain since I get my e-mail from my own domain, but I have to use their SMTP server to send), but we're moving to Teksavvy at the end of May because they're way cheaper. Bell would be a viable ISP that I'd stay with if they were way way cheaper.
