    Where to start,

    Throttling has killed my connection, I never experienced any downtime, slowdowns or issues until this wonderful bandwidth management, aka to cheap to upgrade your pathetic equipment.

    Bell is running out of chances...

    I am overall pleased with my sympatico service, I got a great deal on the Laptop Fusion for employees and have yet to have a service issue in over a year.

    Tech support has been lackluster, thankfully I know how to fix most of my own issues.

    What about the P2P throttling and the newly imposed caps ?

    It should be mentioned in every review if one expects it to be fair.

    P2P throttling does not effect me, I have NEVER been throttled so far. As well as bandwidth cap? I am not on one.

    What kind of impact?

    What problems are you having that are leading you to believe traffic management is the root cause? Many have blamed TM in the past only to be proven wrong and that some other condition existed or created the problem.

    On the other hand, the issues that were brought forth in regards to TM were investigated and resolved. So if you have a new problem that needs to be addressed, please let me know.

    I don't use Bit Torrent, I find it to be more hassle then Its worth, I usually just download music, files, and programs through Bear Share. Download speed is pathetic, no matter how many people or peers i'm downloading from.

    I am not sure why but web pages are only snappy for shortly after connecting, I have to renew my ip address and flush dns and re register it for pages to load properly.

    This is the first time ive ever had to do it.

    If you have any suggestions let me know, because this is a little beyond my capabilities.
