    I've been a bell sympatico subscriber for over 7 years. Have not had too many issues. I'm currently on a special rate that was offered thru my employer so I'm given a 15% discount with no contract and unlimited bandwidth. I'm hesitant to move for this reason but recently have begun to way the options available. I've not had any issues. Connection is always on and can only remember have 2 outages in the 7+ years I've been with them.

    Funny you don't mention that Hell now uses throttling against P2P protocols.

    Maybe he doesn't use P2P and doesn't care? Probably in any case, you don't need to hump every Bell review that's not sufficiently negative for your tastes.
