Old Ultra 5Mbps unlimited connection. I was without a contract paying $39.95. I was using the Speedstream 5200.
The new packages with the low-ball bandwidth caps has made me look elsewhere for an ISP. The throttling of traffic put it over the top. Luckily, I found something else which was a better price and had much more features for less!

| not all PPL are experts For the average to light user tech support reading from a book just might be good enough.
For some of us experienced users [like me], who test out all protocols under the sun and some that aren't even documented and or using Linux then tech support sucks. Most users definitely don't track and log all activities for reporting and maybe legal purposes as I do.
I think the main Sympatico admins in Ottawa are not up to par and Rogers main Admins are just a joke to me. But they have to be deal with just the same. Choose your flavor
