Had never used DSL before. Contacted Customer service to order, and make sure that there was no contract. Got the first three months for $20, 7mb service. While we talked extensively, no mention of 60gb cap, and agent was cutting up Rogers with regards to bandwidth throttling, insisting that Bell would never do this. After 1 week of service, Bell admitted that they were throttling. Bell tech came pretty quick to hook up the service, but did not receive 2wire modem till 4 days after expected start date. Speeds were good overall, but did encounter several problems checking bandwidth usage. Customer Service issued credit to cover extra bandwidth charges, and did not revoke this when service was canceled 1.5 weeks later. Cancellation agent was very nice and understanding, and very helpful. So - service canceled after only one month of use. It took over a week after cancellation date for shipping label to arrive for modem, which was annoying due to time sensitivity of return date. 60gb is a ridiculous cap.
