Bell Sympatico is fine for the average user who uses internet for email, MSN, surfing a few websites here and there.
For the high bandwidth user who likes to download music, movies, video streams, play online games...I would not recommend them.
They now have a cap of 30GB download + 30GB upload = 60GB total per month.
Be careful of contracts with them. I recently called to cancel my service, but was offerred UNLIMITED internet if I signed for 1 year. After 3 months I was switched to a 60GB LIMITED plan without my consent. I wasn't even notified until I got a whooping bill and had to call to inquire. Of course I can't cancel now unless I get charged a $100 cancellation fee.
3 words "Bait and Switch".
Bottom Line: Stay Away unless you like spending all your time calling their customer service line
