    I finally quit and moved to shaw after having to deal with multiple disconnections everyday and support that did nothing. Finally they cared once i told them i left. I had to get ignorant to quit. They did wave the $100 cancellation fee which was nice then they asked for me to come back to there service again. lol yea right. I had 5mbps dsl but it was slow. Try and not get sympatico if you can.
